Made in small batches.

Made in small batches.

"Is instant coffee a big no?"

"Instant coffee not "real' coffee."

While this is a debatable argument, I have a simple take on it. There is no solid evidence to suggest that instant coffee is not real coffee, because it's literally dehydrated coffee with maybe a few additives. However, some prefer freshly brewed coffee purely to enjoy the process of making it according to their personal preference and the taste of freshly ground beans. Others may prefer instant coffee for its convenience and consistency, which is also fine. Overall, the choice between instant coffee and freshly brewed coffee is a matter of personal preference and lifestyle factors.

I rest my case, my lord.

Anyways..

In one of our newsletter, we talked about claims and labels, the response on which made us realize how important it is to us as consumers to be informed about the content we consume. Similar to that we cleared away confusion regarding vanilla essence and extract. Check out the newsletters: Essence V/s Extract

What do we meant when we claimed “ brewed in small batches “

For reference, this is how small a batch is.

Soly Brewing Co.

As it says, our beverages are brewed in small batches to retain the quality of each product that goes out to you guys. It helps us reduce waste and to draw keen focus on each batch made, keeping in mind the limited resources that we have in here.

What does “brewed in small batches” mean? It is pretty much how it sounds like. We are gradually building up our resources. We called in machinery that would help us brew batches in more quantity than before, thanks to all the love you guys have shown. However, our vision remains the same, your brew will always be batched by real humans with love and attention no matter how big or small of a batch we make.

In order to assist a crowd of 500, you need a management team of 50 at least. So when too many chefs are spoiling the broth-

Plan 1, Keep all them in separate kitchens.

Plan 2, Expand the kitchen size to avoid chaos.

Plan 3, chefs should opt for WFH.

If you have any other idea in mind do let me know. See you next week :)
