Why do we add nitro in our cans?
Apart from "kick milti hai", there is a reason why we add Nitro to our cold brews. You see, nitro infused products have been around for a long time, but has been catching eye of more brewers here in India including our shiny ones. Just like carbonated beverages which have carbon dioxide infused it them, these have nitrogen.
The nitro infused forms a much denser cloud of tiny bubbles which creates a creamy sensation to enjoy. The tiny bubbles released gives you the mesmerizing texture to your brews.
Simplifying it, The fizz is the rizz :)
