Soly Cold Brew coffee with milk Indian Specialty coffee

We did some experiment.

Hello people! The brewery has been quiet lately. Batch is made, meetings have been sorted, new flavor is getting ready in the corner (somebody ain't ready to shine yet). Do you think I should convince the team to get ear busting speakers so that we could tune in some Sufi or jazz?

Will update if I conquer this quest.

Anyways, Last week I was talking to a customer who told me how the flavors of our drinks escalated when they infused it with milk, this discussion landed in our team meeting. Adding dairy to our cold brews has been in our notes since the beginning. However, there are a few elements that were always in the way to proceed further. We got down to taste some. Simplifying the verdict for you-

Classic was embarrassed and asked us to rename it because it ain't classic anymore.

Vanilla was pretty interesting, if it was a shiny day at a park, we would've loved it with some more toppings.

Orange Mint is a clear NO. If you'd like to preserve your happiness for coffee, you must not bother adding milk to your orange mint brews. The combination just doesn't work together either for your taste buds or your belly.

The team unanimously voted against it because we believe, enjoy art as it's created.

Make mocktails, cocktails or even secret potions but don't forget to share it with us over Instagram or Email *obviously*

See you next week.
