Our cold brews have 3 months of shelf life which means that the drink will be in its best possible position to be consumed. However, if your drink passes the time bar by a few weeks, that won't make the drink unfit to drink unless it has been stored unsecured.
To keep you away from this confusion most companies provide storage instructions and an expiry date on the packaging so that you are provided with the best experience with the drink intended.
Our cold brews does not have any dairy product in it, therefore chances of getting spoiled are at the least.
If you want to check if your cold brew is spoiled or not there are a few parameters you can check right away. Pour your cold brew into a glass and begin inspection of -
1- Smell
2- Appearance
3- Taste
A change in smell may reflect that the drink has gone bad. If your coffee smells stale, mouldy, or rancid don’t drink it. Pray for its peace and move on.
Take a good look at your coffee, and glance with skepticism. If you notice any mould growths or spots, you should throw it away. Pray for its peace and move on.
Lastly, your cold brew should be mellow in taste with smooth and nuanced texture and less acidic than regular coffee. So, in case it tastes vinegary, stale, or even mouldy, you know what to do.
