'How It's Made' Soly Edition

Hey guys,

How is it going? The team has been really appreciating all the samples coming our way. Thanks to Suyash, this summer has been a little more bearable with the cold sips of the samples.

Brewery update- As messy as a rangoli contest with an unpredictable wind. Our brewery has been going through a rearrangement. Luckily, our sample packs are almost ready for next week's sign-ups. A few days back, I was asked how long it takes for our brew to reach the final stage of production.

Needless to say, it was a great question. Why should the answer be confined to DMs? Let's hear it here!

How long does it take to present the brew to you?

Today is not the day to go deep into the production; let's reserve brewery visits for special occasions. Keeping it simple, from the bean table to the brew, it takes approximately 2 days to finish the entire product at hand. Beverages across different categories that require brewing may have varying production times.

For instance, in the case of cold brews, it involves working on the coffee beans, brewing them in our tanks for 12-16 hours, and then bottling them up. The bottles go through different machines for packaging, and finally, they are placed on the packaging table where they undergo careful review to avoid spoilage before being packed for you to enjoy.

Would you be interested in an episode of 'How It's Made'? It sounds fun, honestly!

See you next week.
